Susana Martins jewellery is crafted in precious metals and natural gemstones and should be handled with care.

Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, household chemicals, chlorine and other abrasive substances. Remove your jewellery before swimming, exercising or carrying out activities that may expose it to impact, pressure or excessive friction.

Store each piece separately in its original pouch or box to help prevent scratching and tangling. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.

For pieces set with gemstones, avoid sudden temperature changes and ultrasonic cleaning unless specifically recommended for the stone.

We recommend periodic professional inspection and cleaning, particularly for frequently worn pieces and jewellery with stone settings.

Susana Martins pieces are made to order. Please allow 15–20 business days for production before dispatch, unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed with you in advance.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order confirmation email has been sent. Returns and refunds are not accepted.

To qualify, the piece must be unworn, unused and undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, certificates, tags and security seals. All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.

Bespoke, engraved, personalised or customised pieces are not eligible for exchange.
