Select styles are available for immediate delivery (same-day delivery in Dubai, next-day delivery in UAE, and international shipments may take up to 4 days). DOMESTIC SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
- An adult signature is required for all deliveries.
- All UAE orders are shipped overnight through DHL.
- We offer complimentary shipping on all UAE orders.
- We offer same-day delivery in Dubai for all orders placed by 2 PM local time (Subject to product availability).
- Same-day delivery is not available on Sundays.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
- We can ship to most countries, including Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and many others. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about our international shipping service.

- We offer free international shipment.
- The receiver address, email, and mobile number are always required for customs clearance purposes on international shipments.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay.

- You can convert your purchases into monthly instalments via Tabby. This option is subject to approval and the provider’s Terms & Conditions. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After carefully completing the required steps to initiate your order, kindly proceed and select your preferred payment method. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
In the case of payment card transactions or bank transfers, your order will only be deemed accepted/confirmed once your card payment has been successfully authorized and upon the crediting of the bank transfer into our designated account.
Once our team confirms everything, you will receive a second email or text message from us letting you know your order is being processed.
RETURNS/REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All Susana Martins Jewellery products are final sale and are non-refundable in any circumstances.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily offer you an opportunity to exchange for another item of equal or higher value. (items customized or engraved can’t be exchanged.)
You can exchange your purchase for an alternative size or colour at no extra cost (subject to availability when you request an exchange).
To exchange your order, you must communicate with us within two days of receiving it. Please note that to return your item, you must use the same courier that delivered it. Our team will provide you with assistance and instructions.
The return shipping costs are complimentary within GCC, Europe & USA
Please follow the steps below to exchange your item:
- All items must not have been worn or in the original condition and packaging. Items worn, damaged, or manipulated will be rejected in an exchange.
- Please email us at info@susanamartins.com to obtain the required information and assistance. You must do this within two days of receipt of your order.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging using the indicated courier service.
- Your item must be returned immediately after receiving the return labels and dispatch information. (Please remember to print your labels.)

SUSANAMARTINS.COM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any confirmed/paid order for any reason, including, but not limited to, changes in competition, technical difficulties, and lack of availability. If a refused order has been paid, the refund is issued using the same payment method used during checkout.
SUSANAMARTINS.COM will NOT deal with or provide services or products to any OFAC sanctions countries following UAE law.
REPEATED EXCHANGES
We offer a flexible exchange policy to make your online shopping experience even more accessible. We monitor the number of exchanges created by customers, and continued exchanges in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to a refusal of the exchange.
With most of our diamonds of 1 carat (single stone) and above, we offer GIA certificates, IJI or HRD. Otherwise, in-house certificates issued by the brand are available upon request.
In-house certificates will entail all the information required for insurance purposes. This will be issued upon request.
SUSANA MARTINS FINE JEWELLERY guarantees a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only and after a careful evaluation by our expert manufacturing team.
FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or caused by a manufacturing fault.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted. We can exchange faulty items for the same or others with equal value. Refunds are not applicable.
