WHY ARE TENNIS BRACELETS CALLED TENNIS BRACELETS?
Back in 1987, professional tennis player, Chris Evert’s eternity diamond bracelet fell on the court during a vigorous match at the U.S. Open Tennis Championships. She then requested that officials stop the game so she can have the time to look for her special diamond creation. Ever since that day, the notorious eternity diamond band was dubbed the “tennis bracelet”.
