These Terms of Use (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, govern all access to and use of the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you (“user” or “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Website.

Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, transacting, or otherwise using the Website.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records, merchant policies, and rules.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Tabby installment options.
Cheques are not accepted.
Purchases up to AED 6,000 may be converted into monthly installments under Tabby’s Terms & Conditions: Tabby Help Center.
Installment plans, including applicable fees or interest, will be presented at checkout.

Currency

Prices may be displayed in the browsing region’s currency, but all payments at checkout are processed in AED – United Arab Emirates Dirham, the official company currency.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance.
Orders paid by card or bank transfer are accepted only once payment has been authorized and cleared into our account.
A confirmation email will then be issued.
If there is any issue, we will notify you promptly.

Delivery Policy

We comply fully with UAE law and do not provide products or services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Orders are processed only after funds are received.
